Finally Fall

Well, it looks like we're finally getting some South Dakota weather! It was chilly today and no spot of sun in the sky. That's why I dressed nice and cozy :)
I am sooo excited for tomorrow, let me tell you. It's Veteran's Day so I don't have class and Sean doesn't have to go to work! It's going to be so fun to have him home with me and we'll probably just be lazy and lay on the couch and watch movies all day or something-AWESOME!!! I am also very excited for this weekend and my sister's baby shower. I miss my little nephews so much and they're getting so big already!

I have a clowning project due today in my children's theatre class. It is a partner project and we haven't really practiced that much...but I'm sure it will go over alright. We have all of these different elements that we have to incorporate though, so we have to make sure that we get everything in that we need to. It will be fun to watch all of the other projects perform too :)

I just had the best lunch ever. It was tomatoes, black beans and spicy spaghetti sauce with whole wheat noodles...mmmmm! Except now there's so much sauce left over I may have to freeze it because I can't eat it all! haha
Here's what I did:
Take:
1 can of black beans
1 can of diced tomatoes (I left the juice in, but you can drain it if you prefer)
1 can of Hunt's Zesty Spicy spagetti sauce
A pinch of garlic powder, italian seasonings (basil, oregano), or any other of your favorite seasonings
Now put that all in a pan and heat on medium heat while you cook your whole wheat rotini noodles!
You could also add meat if you'd like, but I didn't have any at the moment :)
Enjoy!

God is Good,
KJA

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

You made me so hungry talking about that amazing spaghetti! You gotta post the recipe, girl.

Also, I love the shorts and tights combo-- can't wait to try it soon!
