I’m typing this as Sean and I drive to his hometown for Thanksgiving :) All of his family is going to be there-which is exciting!
I’m not sure I will be blogging tomorrow, but if not I will be back Friday for sure!
I didn’t do much today except get packed and wash dishes and laundry and such. It’s finally starting to feel like SD weather outside. Freezing rain and snow with lots of cold, cold wind! Here we go winter!
I hope everyone has a very Happy Thanksgiving! Whether you eat turkey like my family, or ham like Sean’s family it really doesn’t matter :) As long as there is stuffing!! That is my requirement :D :D haha.
But really, what are you thankful for this year? Just having a warm roof over your head and a big Thanksgiving meal is a blessing considering others who are less fortunate. My grandma always told my sisters and I that we live like queens where we are and I completely agree. We have so much abundance, but the things that are really important are family, friends, and love and Jesus :) I am thankful that He died on the cross for everyone on earth-including me. Without His love and sacrifice we wouldn’t be anything. All good things come from our loving God.
I am so thankful for that and my wonderful family who loves me so much, even through my shortcomings-that’s what family is for right?
God bless!

WHAT A STEAL!! :)
Happy Thanksgiving, beautiful friend! I am also very thankful for my family and friends, the roof over my head and the food I am blessed with every day (and sometimes the talent to cook whatever it is). And all those little things.. I have no examples at the moment. Odd? That I would suggest that and then not be able to back it up... I'll post again when I think about it. It'll drive me bonkers now.
Hope you made it safely! :)
peace and love,
alexandra
