One of those days...

Not much to say today...Went to church, came home and am doing laundry :)
LOOOOTS of laundry :D hahaha. Seriously...But at least I have no homework to worry about-I'm glad I got it done on Friday-what a relief!
Hope your day is blessed :)

Jeremiah 6:16
16 This is what the LORD says:
"Stand at the crossroads and look;
ask for the ancient paths,
ask where the good way is, and walk in it,
and you will find rest for your souls.

We've been talking about paths in church for the past few weeks. About how each and every little decision leads us farther down the path of life, and it isn't one wrong one that takes us to a bad place, it the series of little things we do that we know we shouldn't that make us end up in a place we don't want to be. About how we have to consciously think with every decision we make which path it will lead us down-the path of righteousness, or the path of destruction? I think this series has really hit home for me because sometimes I wonder how I end up doing the things I do, thinking the way I think. It doesn't just happen overnight-I am where I am because of a series of decisions I have made in the past to act a certain way and do certain things. That is what has brought me to my current state of being right now. Yes, some things that have happened have been out of my control-but it's how I responded to those situations that shaped my future. I just thought this verse summed that up perfectly and is something to think and pray about :) If we ask God, he will show us the right path in time, we just have to hold strong to that and not let anything make us falter in that thinking.
God Bless,
KJA
