What I Wore to Work: White Top and Jeans

Hi beauties. Last week was so nice I was able to snap some photos after coming home from work, which means I have a few posts where I am wearing normal person clothing GASPPPP shock and awe. I try to maintain some of my personal style while at work, but it is a tad bit different than my preferred attire. I like loose fitting tops and high waisted jeans because I spend the majority of my workday squatting and bending to do various things with the kiddos. The hair is always up, it's just how it needs to be. My scarf collection comes in handy for that! So, this is how I came out after playing in the hot sun and woodchips for three hours, you can certainly see my face got a bit rosy! Also a reminder that I need to begin bringing sunscreen with me where ever I go.

Yay, you can see some of our flowers pushing back through the ground in the next photo! See the little green shoots buried under all that weeding I need to tackle? Yep, pretty excited about that!

Do you all have a bit of an Easter break coming up? I have school off tomorrow (Friday) and Monday as well. They call it our Spring Break which is kind of silly because we all know it's for Easter! But I'll take what I can get.
I have a bit of a small surgery coming up tomorrow. In the interest of over-sharing (any uninterested parties reading this may choose to close their screens now) I am having a nasty little polyp taken out of my uterus, which has apparently been torturing me for longer than I realized and hopefully with the dang thing out it will make my life a whole lot easier. I may not post again until next Tuesday, depending on how I feel afterword (although my doctor tells me it isn't a very in depth procedure, thankfully).

Until then I hope you have some time to enjoy your Easter (if you celebrate) or at least time to enjoy with family.

God Bless!

Cute outfit-- I love those boots! And your hair is so casual but so stylish, too.

I hope everything goes smoothly with your surgery! Take all the time you need to recover! :)

Cheers,
Jenny

First off, it really is nice to see what type of clothes make up your day to day as well as your lovely vintage looks.

Secondly, good luck with the surgery. Thoughts are with you!

It is really interesting to see what you wear to work. I always wonder if bloggers dress the same day to day as the outfits they post. You look really beautiful and well put together. Love all your looks. Happy easter. we have a 4 day weekend too. Good luck with the surgery. I will be thinking of you. hope it goes well and that it will make your life better.
