Remix: Textured Coat

Hello darling chickadees!  Today I am on my way to the other side of the state for a little weekend with the in-laws. I have my last coat remix for you for the year with this fun, textured coat of my grandmother's! There are so many fun elements to this coat that I didn't expect. It has a lining which zips out to make it multi-seasonal, and I found money and a rain cap in the pockets (along with some tissues) that my grandmother left in the coat 40 years ago! The best thing about vintage sometimes are the hidden treasures :)

Have a fabulous weekend, you!

God Bless,
KJA

That first picture is ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE! For some reason it reminds me of Hermione Granger's hair in the earlier HP movies, haha! I mean that in an awesome way. I love the little flowers.

This texted coat is so neat. I'm always in awe of how many outfits you can formulate from such unique pieces--I would have no idea what direction to go with this!

&& also, your sweet comment, ack!! You are makin' me blush all over again! Have a beautiful weekend, Katie!!

I always like seeing your remixes and seeing you you get such use out of your vintage closet. A lot of vintage bloggers, it just seems like you don't see a lot of reuse (which might just be me not being observant but still!)
