Layering Sweaters (Cardigan, Take Three)

I layered two of the warmest knits I owned this week to beat the cold. Yes, I look like a marshmallow. No, I do not care because I was as warm as that golden little marshmallow being held over the fire on a summer night.
Bahaha, I'm terrible at analogies apparently. You get the idea ;)

Sean and I went to see Wreck it Ralph last night! It was really good. I didn't expect it to be a tear-jerker though! There were definitely some intense moments. Either kids movies are getting less cheesy, or I'm getting more sappy in my old age.

Sean and I have plans of glorious nothing this weekend. I hope to stay home and get some things done around the house-maybe even get a nap or two in! I'm a wild woman you know.
Happy Friday!
God Bless,

Love these layers! You look so warm and cozy!!

I think some children's movies are done pretty well and aren't too cheesy, so I'm not surprised Wreck-It Ralph is a tearjerker. I haven't seen it, but now I kind of want to!

That Duck sweater is such an amazing find I love it! Luckily Colorado warmed up a bit this week so only one sweater layer was necessary! Happy Friday stay warm and cozy!

Glorious nothing sounds about right over here too! Love it. I've also given up caring about looking like a marshmallow in this awful cold haha. Your sweater is so cute and I love the way you wore that scarf in your hair! I have a mint scarf and now im totally tempted to try this!

Napping in the day?? You wild woman, you. Haha, I'm jealous.
And your analogy was rather amusing - never thought of using a marshmallow being roasted to describe being warm!
I just love how your headscarf and belt match <3

Whoa....I absolutely love this look Katie! I can't decide what I love more - the combination of colors, those awesome jeans, or that sweater!!! I really want to incorporate more "casual" looks into my daily wears, but don't even know where to start. Your outfits are the perfect mix of vintage and creative :-)

Happy weekend! xo Marisa

Love this outfit! You look so warm and cozy; plus both of your sweaters are so cute!

I haven't seen Wreck-it Ralph yet, but I have heard that it is super good! I don't think I can handle a new tear-jerker though; the last two movies I have seen were Les Mis and the new Spiderman movie! So many emotions!

Have a great and relaxing weekend!

Haha, aw, Katie! But you make the most adorable marshmallow of all! That comparison made me smile. You're too precious.

Also? Your sweater is amazing. I find knit sweaters like that to be the most amazing of all sweaters. The duck is such a neat design!
