Family

I got to hang out with these three lovely ladies this weekend!

We had a marvelous sleepover that involved much dancing, eating, and general merriment :) This is going to make me feel old, but I have watched these girls grow up since I was ten years old. They are three sisters and I was ten when the eldest was born...13 1/2 years ago!! I watched them until I left for college and they were all three in my wedding. I miss them so much! I was more than blessed to have them come stay with me for the weekend...

Aaaaaan, just for good measure, my hubby commanded that I add this to the blog...so here's my silly face :P

I also got to hang out with my wonderful parents this weekend! My mama did so much to make me feel at home and even got up early Sunday morning to make me my favorite-cornbread! She's the sweetest. I also got a ton of fresh fish from my step-dad to take home with me! How blessed to have such a great fisherman in the family ;)
On my way home I stopped to see my sister and hang out with my nephews as well. We read books and played some silly games and it was just the best. I love them so much, and it was nice to catch up with my sister for a bit. I miss my sisters incredibly when I am not with them.
What a great weekend with friends and family! I am so blessed :)
God Bless!

Awe, these pictures are too precious! :D <3 I'm glad that it was a fun time all around for the four of you.

Loving all the purple and pattern/texture mixing you've got going on here, too! That jacket is so lovely. And yay for hats!
