Sometimes A Girl Just Loves Her Butterflies...

The weather outside is so bipolar. The only reason I'm sure it's summer right now is because humidity is about 90 percent. Otherwise it's dark and dreary and just not nice at all! I guess I shouldn't complain. At least it isn't wintertime! But these days definitely make for some cruddy pictures.

I've had this top for a very long time. I used to wear it a lot (say...freshman year of high school) but recently I haven't found many ways to wear it. It's a bit shorter so I decided that tucking it into a skirt would be the perfect option! This skirt is one of the favorites in my wardrobe. I got it from my grandmother last summer and have since worn it countless times. It is the perfect shape, fit, and color for so many pairings! Aaaand it's super comfy. Can't beat that!

I helped a woman at Macy's today, who turned out to be my favorite customer, I'm pretty sure. All I did was help her pick out a black cardigan to go with a dress for a reunion she's having. We talked about some things and I complimented her (for she was very beautiful). She was just astounded at the fact that I took so much time to help her and by the end of the sale she paid for her items and just gushed to me how wonderful I had been and how she never gets treated this well at Younkers (bahaha!). She told me that I had really made her day and made her feel so special. She went so far as to seek out a manager to compliment them on the store and how helpful I'd been! It's days like this that make me think working there hasn't been so bad. I've complained a whole lot and definitely not enjoyed myself most days, but it's nice to know that I have helped at least a few people at my time there. In one week I will be finished with retail and back to school and teaching, but I will definitely miss the people at Macy's :)

He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.

Have a great evening, Lovelies :)
