Frida Remix: Aqua Skirt

Well, hello there! For today's remix I thought I'd pick an item that certainly reminds me of spring and summer with it's bright hue-my vintage green skirt! I never know what to call this color: aqua, seafoam, mint? It depends on your perspective I suppose :) nevertheless this is one of my very favorite colors to wear in any form and so I love this skirt! It is my go-to piece in the warmer weather because it is so simple and basic to wear with tee's, blouses, etc. and is so comfy. It is actually a part of a two piece suit from 70's. The jacket is completely different and I would never wear them together, but I love them as separates! Always look in the suit section of the thrift store ladies, it's where I've found some of my favorite pieces :)
Have a splendid Friday and an even more wonderful weekend!

That skirt is so lovely! The colour is so bright and happy :)I'm always afraid of bright, bright skirts, but I must admit, it goes with so much more than I would have thought. Great post!

I love the last picture! It's so soft and mysterious. I think green is such a staple color, some of my favorite go to skirts are in that color family as well. :)

This piece has been so often used, but I'm not sure I ever connected it was the same piece because it lends itself to so many different remixes :D

Eeep, this skirt is so rad! I love the color of it so. I've seen it so much and I'm constantly amazed by how much you can do with your pieces.

Have a wonderful rest of your Sunday evening, my sweet Katie!
