This is how you wear curlers

I'm just going to throw it out there that I wear my hair in curlers...a lot. This is due to the complex I have about wishing my stick straight locks were a glorious mass of curls instead. Anyway, because of this I also end up having to wear curlers out in public a good deal because...a girl has errands to run, you know? And so, a turban becomes my best friend.
This outfit isn't particularly vintage inspired, but when I saw these black, pleated pants that feel like pajamas I knew I wanted to give them a spin. I absolutely love them. They are the epitome of comfort and even though they are rather difficult for me to style with my vintage brain, I'm having fun trying to create outfits around them.

My Saturday is being eaten up with an 8 hour training day on how to properly restrain your more difficult children in school (you know, without getting sued and stuff), so that's what I'll be up to.
Any big plans for you Saturday?

God Bless!

I don't know how you do it, problematic children are one of the worst. Kudos for having nerves of steel :D

If I had hair like yours, I would be soo happy!!! I love it straight or curled, it's perfect!

Love the outfit with and without the blazer..makes for two separate looks! And I agree with another commenter...your hair looks fabulous straight or curly!

I think the pants look a bit vintage, myself.

You look so adorable - I think that these pants are vintage-y; they remind me of something that Audrey Hepburn would wear! I love the jacket you paired with them especially!
