Rushed

Ok, confession time. Before a couple of months ago I had never watched the show 'Friends'. Sean and I discovered somehow that neither of us like sleep and would rather channel surf instead of going to bed like good little children. We are now addicted to watching Friends at like 10/11 at night and just laughing hysterically the whole time. WHY IS THAT SHOW SO FUNNY?!
I don't even condone watching that show. I have no idea why I allow myself to watch it because I don't agree morally with most of what goes on during the show, but man there are some good lines in it! I wish tv shows could just be funny without all the crap they write into it.
So now my husband is playing video games and I am blogging while we wait for the show to come on. Seriously I feel like we are 15 year old kids or something...Does anyone really grow up, or is it just a myth we tell young children?

I overslept ridiculously on Sunday morning, leaving me only 15 minutes to shower, get dressed, eat, and do my makeup. I was so thankful for this dress to just throw on and go! I only had to add a few black details to make this an outfit I liked (and I totally did my makeup in the car on the way to church. I nearly pulled out all of my eyelashes doing so-but everything seemed to be in tact on arrival).

I got to spend a night at my sister's house spending time with my nephews yesterday! It was so much fun. My sister, two nephews and I all slept in their giant bed last night and it was like a fun little sleepover (with some middle of the night crying by the littlest of course...). I am pretty exhausted from my lack of sleep but it was worth it to play ninjas, tee ball, and wagon rides for a whole afternoon!

God Bless,
KJA

I think I know every episode of that show backwards and forwards. And yeah - it's hard not to laugh at it. These days I turn it on because it's kind of like comfort food and takes me back to my high school days :)

Head to toe I just love this outfit. What an amazing hat. You wear that style better than anyone I know Katie!

I love the addition of the blazer to this dress! It finishes it off perfectly!

And oh yes Friends. I must admit my love for Friends. I watched religiously for many years. The early years are better than the later years and yes, morally interesting at times, but still so crazy hilarious. Love it.

hahaha awww, I'm so glad that you've found a show you enjoy!! I've never seen Friends, either, but then again I kind of never watch TV unless my parents are... haha. I totally agree that we never grow up and it's just something we tell kids--and ourselves. ;)

I love blue on you. Always so pretty! And that hat is simply amazing. I don't think there are many people in this world who can pull off unique vintage hats quite like you do.

What a beautiful outfit this is. I love the shade and the shoes go so well with it as well. Oh yeah, and the verse amazes me. <3
