A Bit of Saturday Shopping

Sean and I tend to be super lazy on Saturdays, unless we are out of town (which can be quite frequently). To stop this laziness from sucking up our whole day we usually use the time to go thrifting together! It is quite fun since when I go thrifting by myself I tend to only look at the clothes/shoes/bags. However when Sean is along we browse all of the other fun parts of the store as well. We had fun looking at lots of dinnerware, fun glasses, household knickknacks and furniture (Sean was particularly smitten with the most giant entertainment center, saying that we could get it and then buy a bigger TV to fill it, haha HA). We also did some clothes shopping for him as he tends to wear the same shirts to work over and over. At any rate, it got us out of the house and up and walking around rather than fusing our backsides to the couch and catching up on shows all day long (which I cannot lie happens all too often).

Later in the day we had a simply lovely dinner and game night with my coworker, her husband, and some of their family! We played Quelf, which can be a quite amusing game, although I still prefer Balderdash I think :). They have the sweetest baby girl and two of the cutest doggies, so it was a great night!

Happy Sunday!
God Bless,
KJA

Awe! Your Saturday sounds like it was lovely, and that's good that you got to shop all parts of the store instead of just the clothing, hehehe (I'm guilty of doing the same as well!).

I love that bow around your collar and the subtle print mixing is so nice!

I wouldn't take that hat off either!

Also, love the shoes and the bow at your neck.

You are so lucky your man will go thrifting with you. I think Kevin tends to get overwhelmed with all the options so I just leave him at home :). Love the jacket and the hat, you look darling!

Super cute layering you've done here too, I love the polka dot blouse underneath the jacket. Plus, your cool hat!
