Red Dress and Giveaway Winner!
Allo, allo! This winter sure has taken a toll on the 'ol blog, but hopefully once the weather settles down and daylight savings time takes effect (so soon already!) there will be more time to force Sean to take photos :) Here are some oldies taken several weeks ago when we were in Sean's hometown. We went thrifting (duh...my favorite) and ended up finding out that the thrift store had just acquired a ton of 'costume' pieces. There was a backroom with wall to wall boxes and racks of vintage that needed to be sifted through. I think it was something out of my dreams. Sean ended up going home and coming back to get me because I didn't want to leave until I had looked through everything...it was an astounding amount of stuff! Aaaand I loved every second of it.
So, it was my birthday today and because I love giving gifts I have the results of the Jord Watch giveaway! You can look at who won here on the rafflecopter, it was Laura W.! I will be emailing you with details on how to redeem your wonderful watch. Thanks all who signed up and maybe there will be another in the future :) !
My birthday was good, coworkers got me a kitty card and one made me a banner which was hanging over my cubicle when I arrived to work, which was so sweet. I ALSO got a kitty card in the mail from my parents, so, you know, I definitely won this birthday. Can't beat two kitty cards.
I'm also planning to go ice skating this weekend with some friends so I'm really looking forward to that!
See you later gators!
God Bless,
KJA

Victory rolls and red lipstick - love your style!
Very fun look! You're making me wish that I had a red sleeveless dress to tuck a striped shirt under, too. I don't have red, but I do have blue, so perhaps I could tuck a striped shirt under it all the same. Definitely something to play around with when spring finally returns. Thanks for the great styling idea!

The shirt with the dress is an awesome combination!
This is so adorable! I'm loving the red! Glad that you had such a good visit at your husband's hometown! That does sounds like something out of a thrifting dream!
Hope that you had a wonderful birthday! Thank you again for hosting a wonderful giveaway! I ordered the watch today!
xoxo,
Laura
