Remix: Grandma's Blue Blouse

An item I have loved time and time again in my closet is this vintage blue blouse of my grandmother's. Whenever I find a vintage collared blouse at a thrift store I buy it, regardless of its size. They are just so perfect to throw under dresses and cardigans, or just be worn by themselves! But this blue beauty grandma made takes the cake. It has a dainty little collar, pleating down the front, and little white buttons. I love it. I want to learn to make one so I can have one in every color and print imaginable (I just said that about my last dress, too. Sheesh :) ).

God Bless!

Wow, what a pretty blouse! I adore that fourth outfit, the pale blue looks fabulous with the pink sweater.

It's amazing that your grandmother made so many wonderful pieces! I would totally want to make that blouse in every color and print, too. Perfect basic blouse for any season!

The blouse is beautiful and reminds me of the vintage inspired blouses Ted Baker made a few seasons ago. I love the color, the design; all of it! Your Grandmother is very talented!!

This shirt IS adorable! I love a great button-down too. I just got a couple patterns recently that I'm gearing up to use on some fun fabrics I've gotten lately!
