Well, even though the ground looks quite bare in these photos we took this past weekend, I can assure the snow is coming down in bunches and bunches right now outside my window. The season of white is finally upon us! Though it can sometimes be a nuisance, I do have to admit that snow is quite beautiful. Last night after dark the snow was softly falling, lit by the Christmas lights on people's houses. Nighttime is so much brighter in winter because the snow is so reflective. I could stare out the window for hours at that sight!
You're probably going to get sick of seeing this coat. I've already worn it three posts in a row. It is one of my very favorites! And another scarf in my hair, big surprise. It is just about the easiest thing to do these days, especially when one is hanging with family and just needs something not so fussy. A bow-blouse, soft sweater, and comfy sneakers were just perfect for a day out with my husband's grandma. We went to get some pictures developed and then she wanted to walk around the dollar store in town for a bit. It was really quite a laid-back afternoon!
Hope you have a splendid day!
God Bless,

Aaaw, I'm so happy to hear that even though you get tons of snow up in le Dakotas, you're still happy to see it. I know it's magical whenever it happens here--even if it's only for half a day, I can't stop staring at it and regarding the world around me with awe!
