Rehearsal

For dance rehearsals, leggings and a comfy tunic are a must. Hopefully all of those rehearsals paid off because tonight is the opening night of our show! I am so excited. We had an audience last night for our dress rehearsal and the show always goes better when there are people in the seats and you can feed off their energy. Hopefully there are lots of people there tonight! Since we are doing "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown" there are little kiddos in the audience too which is always fun. Their little laughter and wonder at things that happen onstage is so endearing. At the end of the show we go out into the audience during the last song and sing in the seats and I had one little boy come up to me and just hug me for the longest time-it was so sweet!

I got this great top from my beautiful friend Candice! She's too sweet to me, always giving me pretty things. She has the best style! I love her :)

Have a good day all!
God Bless,
KJA

  2. You look super cute! Much cuter than I ever look at dance rehearsals (in my usual yoga pants and ratty tank)! And I didn't realize you were doing You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown! Such a cute little show. I'm dying to play Lucy! Happy Opening!!! :)
