Rocky....road? Ice Cream?

I gotta admit, this has been quite the rocky day. The only bright spot in it so far was going out to have lunch with Sean's mom.
I am having a lot of problems with my one internet class. One would think that a single, little internet class couldn't cause many problems. But of course this is me we're talking about and I can screw pretty much anything up. I won't go into detail, but basically I got myself 2 weeks behind in the class and now I have to wait another week for the book to show up so I will be three weeks behind. Today is the last day to drop the class and get my money back, but I'm going to try and stick it out and see if I can't make up the points. The worst thing is that it isn't even my fault that I'm behind. The professor for this online class was very elusive in the way she set up the website and didn't post anything or email us the past two weeks. I looked and searched my heart out and finally today she posts something and I find out that I'm two weeks behind. grrr...Ok enough ranting...I apologize.
I know it will work out and I am stressing too much, but right now I'm just a big ball of upset...Lord help me!

But, I did get to get out of the house for a bit to have lunch with my mother in law. My car still won't start so she came and picked me up :) I'd like to be able to go the library or something at least but that doesn't seem to be an option right now :) haha oh well.

It's days like this that just make me want to go to bed and start all over again...maybe I will!

James 1:2-6
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

God Bless!

  1. Good luck with your class! I'm sure it will all come together.
I really like the neutral and lovely and muted tones in this outfit. and I'm always a fan of the belted scarf! I need to get more scarves that are long and drapey enough to do this with, because it's really a cool look!
