Busy Day!

Whew! I'm sorry to be posting so late-saying this to my loyal followers (Hi mom and Jen ;))haha. I had a right busy day, why yes I did. Class, class, meeting, lunch, class, errands, walk with a friend, look at catering menus for the wedding, class, drive home, eat Easter candy, (wait! how did that one sneak in there!) ahh well, I did manage to get some photos-even though they are indoors...sorry about that!
I am wearing a fabulous gifted hat-I wish I wore hats more often..I don't know why I don't! Today was the "haven't washed my hair since Sunday" look...soooo hat it was! Thanks Jen! Mua! Otherwise a really simple outfit for today- didn't have much time to get ready!

Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God. Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled. In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us.

I'm blown away!

The wind is suuuper bad today! I almost got blown away when I went outside! So you'll see my hair is an absolute mess in these pictures, because I have been walking all around campus in the wind and I also taught PE to preschoolers today-so you'll have to excuse me! It's getting busy busy!! we only have about 4 weeks of school left- including final!! So only about 3 weeks of regular classes! CRAZY!!!!! I have so much left to do I don't even want to think abut it! mehh...The fiance and I also made a list of wedding things we still have to make sure to get done, like ordering tuxes (who needs those right?? :P) and things like that. I hope we can wrap up all the loose ends in the next three and a half months! Anyway, I hope you all are having a blessed week and enjoying the touches of spring here and there! (that is, if you're not blowing away!!) Mua!

I don't wear them often because I want to pick the right day and occasion to wear them and I'm freaked I will ruin them if I wear them too much-stupid right? But I just love them so much! They were only like 6 dollars on the clearance rack! I actually did snag them today with my engagement ring and my fiance said maybe he should have gotten me a smaller one ;) haha funny guy :D

Rain, rain on my face

Yay it's rainy today! I love the rain :) It's still a bit chilly though...
I'm suuuuper tired today too-maybe it's the gloominess outside! But I enjoy the walks to class anyway :)
In art class today we made these pictures by setting objects on photo paper and exposing them to light- I made kind of a wedding collage with pearls, hearts, and my engagement ring-it turned out really neat! I would love to make copies of it and have it as a decoration at my wedding!
I took really cruddy pictures today, but that's because I didn't want to get my camera wet outside, so bear with it :) Also I woke up late so I didn't do anything particularly fantastic with my outfit-but it's comfy and colorful-so that's something!
I made this circle scarf yesterday when I cut the bottom off of one of my mother's old sweaters! It is sooo cozy and I think it's neat to have something of hers that i'm wearing in a different way!

Yes, I'm dressed like a nerd

I kind of felt like a nerd today in my high waisted pants and cardigan- but it was so comfy!
I had a dentist appt. today, got packed to go back to school, and am now awaiting the arrival of my oldest sister and her husband and my precious nephew!! Whom I ADORE.
It's a short post today- but I'm off to peel potatoes for our big Easter dinner!

Whew! It's been a long day. We went to church for the Easter service, came home and took a few pictures, then went to my cousin's house for dinner! It was a great time talking with family-but we ended up taking a realllly long walk and I was beat when I came back! The when we got home I worked on some homework while watching High School Musical 3 (and making fun of it) with my sister. Now I finally got around to posting!
